How much are the delivery charges?

How will the delivery be done?
We use Canada Post and urban couriers.
How long will the delivery take?
Between 24 - 48 hours urban cities. 3 to 7 days non-urban cities.
How do you pack the product?
We pack your products in an environmental packaging and resealable pouches. It is air-tight and water proof.
How will I know who is delivering?
You will receive a sms or an e-mail from the carriers and Alooatta.com.
How will I know what time the delivery is actually being done?
We strive to deliver as soon we receive the orders. Canada Post only do delivery between 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday. Base on your time and the day of your order, you will receive your purchase in the 24 hours to 48 hours slots, for urban centers and 3 - 7 days for rural area. You will receive an email from the couriers with a link for you to track your order.
Example: If you place your order on Monday, Canada Post will sent you a tracking number on Tuesday and you will receive your purchase on Wednesday. If you make your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive confirmation on Monday and have your purchase on Tuesday. For rural areas please use couriers link to track for delivery.
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” and go to the “Delivery Address” section to change your delivery address.
Is there time-frame for me to change my delivery info?
You cannot change the delivery address once an e-mail for an order has been sent to you. You may change your address for the next delivery.
What happens if I cannot accept delivery?
Contact Canada Post or the courier company directly to make alternative arrangement. Canada Post generally will leave the package at your doorstep or Postal Box.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver across Canada.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a logistic or supply chain delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

How do I contact you to return products?
Please e-mail us your order number, your name, contact information and day of order. We would appreciate the reason for the returns (OPTIONAL). It will help us to improve and better serve our customers. Please do not send the product back unless we ask for it. Our contact is email@example.com
How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
We will refund the payments to your original credit card that was used to make the purchase or the mode of payment made. If you prefer we can issue you a Gift Card for the amount that is owing. The amount can be used as a store credit in your forthcoming purchases.
