We have special rates from Canada Post and the savings are passed on to you, when you order online. Rates are calculated on check-out before you pay for the order. You can also check out the average rate using the rate calculator on check out page. Canada Post may delay delivery. Please be patient. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it leaves our workshop.
How long will normal delivery take?
7 - 12 business day delivery. For priority delivery between 5 to 7 business days a fee applies, Check delivery rates on checkout.
How much are the delivery charges?

How will the delivery be done?
We use FedDex , UPS and Canada Post and urban couriers.
How do you pack the product?
We pack your products in a food-safe, food safe, environmental and recyclable packaging material.
How will I know who is delivering?
You will receive a sms or an e-mail from the carriers.
How will I know what time the delivery is actually being done?
We strive to deliver as soon as we receive the orders. You will receive an email from the couriers with a link for you to track your order.
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” and go to the “Delivery Address” section to change your delivery address.
Is there time-frame for me to change my delivery info?
You can change up to 7 business days before the delivery of your purchase. You cannot change the delivery address once an e-mail for an order has been sent to you. You may change your address for the next delivery.
What happens if I cannot accept delivery?
Contact the courier company directly to make alternative arrangement. Couriers generally will leave the package or a note at your doorstep/mailbox.

We deliver across Canada and continental USA.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a logistic or supply chain delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.
