7 - 12 business day delivery is free. For priority delivery between 5 to 7 business days a flat fee of C$15 per delivery.
How do you pack the product?
We pack your products in an environmental packaging and resealable pouches. It is air-tight and water resistance.
How will I know who is delivering?
You will receive a sms or an e-mail from the carriers and Alooatta.com.
How will I know what time the delivery is actually being done?
We strive to deliver as soon as we receive the orders. You will receive an email from the couriers with a link for you to track your order.
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” and go to the “Delivery Address” section to change your delivery address.
Is there time-frame for me to change my delivery info?
You can change up to 7 business days before the delivery of your purchase. You cannot change the delivery address once an e-mail for an order has been sent to you. You may change your address for the next delivery.
What happens if I cannot accept delivery?
Contact the courier company directly to make alternative arrangement. Couriers generally will leave the package or a note at your doorstep/mailbox.
